First, it’s important to know what developers are looking for

After all, they’ll need to connect these services to their development and they’ll want people to get to their development!

- Drainage – If land is on a flood plain, extra investigations may need to be undertaken, or measures built into the plans for the land.

Second, you may want to bypass the real estate agent
